采用φ300mm ×750mm烧结杯及φ1000mm圆盘造球机模拟精粉及污泥造球烧结过程,通过改变烧结精粉及混合污泥造球的质量分数比例来分别造球,研究了不同造球量和不同成球粒度分布对烧结过程指标的影响。结果表明:烧结精粉及混合污泥造球量从0增加到100%,冷料透气性指数增加了31.5%,利用系数增加了22.3%。随小球粒度分布的变化,粒度在5~10 mm时,利用系数、成品率最大,分别为1.81 t/(h?m2)、84.34%。综合考虑烧结各项技术指标,精粉及混合污泥100%造球,粒度分布控制在5~10 m m范围,造球烧结能够取得较好效果。

The influence of different proportions of sintering powder and sludge and different size‐distribution of pel‐letizer on the sintering process index were studied by a series of sinter pot (φ300mm × 750mm) test and disc‐type pelletizing machine .The results show that when the proportions of sintering power and sludge increased from 0 to 100% ,the cold bed permeability index increased for 31 .5% ,and the sinter yield increased for 24 .8% .When size‐distribution of pelletizer was changed and ranged from 5 to 10mm ,the sinter yield and coefficient of utilization re‐spectively maximized to 84 .34% and 1 .81t/h .m2 ,respectively .Considering all the technical indexes ,to gaining the best insight into the process of pelletizer sintering , the proportions of podwer and sludge should be controlled 100% ,and size‐distribution of pellerizer should be controlled from 5 to 10 mm .
