借助Gleeble实验机,系统研究了高牌号无取向硅钢材料的热变形行为;研究结果表明:在本实验条件下,温度由850℃升高至1 150℃时,再结晶尚未形核,试样在此温度区间内只发生了回复的过程.应变速率较低时,晶粒呈现出长条带状,而应变速率较高时,晶粒多为不规则多边形.

Hot deformation behavior of high grade non-oriented silicon steel is investigated by Gleeble testing machine.The results show that grain recovery only has finished when temperature increases from 850 ℃ to 1150 ℃ in the test.Grain is the shape of the string when strain rate is low.Grain is the shape of their regularpolygon when strain rate is high.
