以溶质扩散和质量守恒为原则,考虑多组元合金元素影响相变的规律,建立非平衡凝固两相区溶质微观偏析模型.将实验研究数据与模型计算值进行比对,进一步验证模型的可靠性.结果显示,模型计算得到的两相区特征温度,凝固前沿残余液相中元素含量与实验值均能较好吻合.
