采用热重分析及量热仪分析了褐煤与传统喷吹用无烟煤燃烧性及发热值的差异,并采用长管式煤粉爆炸性测定装置研究了粒度对褐煤爆炸性的影响.同时针对混煤中褐煤的适宜配加比例,研究了褐煤添加量与混煤的爆炸性和燃烧性的相关性.结果表明,褐煤粒度小于0.087 mm 后呈强爆炸性.但褐煤与无烟煤混合能够有效抑制爆炸性,当混合样品中褐煤的质量分数低于40%时混煤没有爆炸性.褐煤的燃烧性好于无烟煤,二者混合后随褐煤比例的增加,混煤的失重曲线出现双特征峰,提高褐煤掺混比能够改善混煤的燃烧性.综合以上研究结果表明,褐煤用于高炉喷吹时的比例控制在40%(质量分数)以下为宜.
Thermogravimetric analysis and calorimeter were used to investigate the differences of combustibility and heat value between brown coal and anthracite coal inj ected into blast furnace traditionally,and the appropriate ratio of brown coal in the blends was investigated as well by exploring the relationship between the ratio of brown coal and explosiveness and combustibility of the blends.The results show that brown coal with particle size less than 0.087 mm has a strong explosiveness.Explosiveness can be restrained effectively by mixing brown coal with an-thracite,and blends have no explosiveness when the mass fraction of brown coal in the mixture is less than 40%. The combustion characteristics of brown coal are better than that of anthracite,and the mass loss curves of mix-ture have two characteristic peaks,indicating that increasing the brown coal ratio can improve the combustibility of the blends.The results indicate that the brown coal can be inj ected into the blast furnace,and the suitable ratio may be 40 mass% at most.
