利用高温熔滴炉模拟实际高炉软熔带的运行情况.探讨在承钢炉现有炉料结构条件下,炉料中不同Mg O含量对含钒钛高炉炉料软化温度、熔化温度、最大压差、熔滴综合指标等高温物理性能的影响.结果表明:Mg O质量分数由1.92%增加到2.40%后,炉料的软化温度无明显变化;炉料的滴落温度td 升高,熔化温度区间Δtds增大;炉料的最大压差ΔPmax升高,炉料透气性变差;炉料熔滴的总特性值S增大,熔滴性能变差.
Experiments were carried out by using a high temperature oven to simulate dropping zone of blast fur-nace.Then the effect of MgO content were discussed respectively,on charge softening temperature,melting tem-perature,maximum pressure drop,droplet comprehensive index and other physical properties at high temperature at the condition of existing charge structure in Cheng Steel.The results show that there is no significant change in charge softening temperature with the content of MgO increasing from 1.92 mass % to 2.40 mass %,while drop-ping temperature td and molten temperature regionΔtds increase.Meanwhile,both the maximum pressureΔPmax and the total characteristic droplet value S of burden also reveal the increasing tendency,which respectively lead to bed permeability and droplet properties getting worse.
