弧形板是定宽压力机进行运动转化和轧制力传递的关键部件,扇形齿用于防止弧形板之间的打滑.对定宽压力机的基本结构进行分析后,发现当弧形板磨损后,扇形齿会在一定范围内自动偏转,保证运动转化和轧制力传递的正常进行,当扇形齿偏转到极限位置时,如果弧形板继续磨损,就会造成扇形齿的破坏.为防止这种破坏的发生,根据设备几何参数定量计算弧形板的磨损极限,为定宽压力机的检修与备件更换提供理论依据.对影响弧形板极限磨损量的关键结构参数进行分析,为设备改造及国产化提供指导.

The curved plates are key components of the slab sizing press machine to transform movement and rolling force,and the sector gears are used to prevent the slippage among curved plates. After analyzing the basic structure of slab sizing press machine,it is found that after the curved plates worn away,the sector gears could deflect automatically within a certain range to ensure the smoothing transformation of movement and rolling force. When the sector gears de-flect to the limiting position and the curved plates are wearing continually,the sector gears will break easily. In order to prevent the happening of the break above,the wear limit of curved plate is calculated on the basis of geometrical parame-ters of device,which provides a theoretical basis for the maintenance and spare part replacement of slab sizing press ma-chine. The key structural parameters which influence the wear limit of curved plates are analyzed,which can provide a guidance for the modification and localization of equipment .
