武钢7.63 m焦炉在降低废气中氮氧化物含量、减少装煤、结焦、推焦及熄焦过程中污染物排放等方面具有明显的环保优势;但近几年环保形势严峻,通过分析武钢7.63 m焦炉在实际生产中存在的环保问题,从降低炉顶空间温度、改进PROven系统、控制集气管压力、低温号攻关以及改制炉门与更换炉框等方面实施了具体措施,同时也加强了环保管理,效果显著.武钢7.63 m焦炉的环保水平得到了进一步提高,加快了武钢适应新环保法的步伐,也为国内其他同行提供了借鉴.

The obvious advantages of WISCO's 7.63 m coke oven in environmental protection were introduced,such as lower nitrogen oxides content in the flue gas,less pollutant emission in the process of coal charging,coking,coke push-ing and coke quenching and so on. But in recent years,the environmental situation is grim. Through analyzing the exist-ing problems of environmental protection in the actual production of 7.63 m coke oven,some corresponding improvement measures were taken in lowering the top space temperature,improving PROven system,controlling the gas collector pres-sure,overcoming the low temperature ovens,restructure of the oven door and replacement the oven frame. At the same time after strengthening the management of environmental protection,the results were remarkable. The level of environ-mental protection had further improved which could speed up the pace of WISCO to adapt the new environmental protec-tion law,What's more it could provide a reference for other domestic counterparts.
