在不同应变速率下对D1车轮钢进行准静态和动态单轴拉伸试验,研究了应变速率对其拉伸性能的影响,并对断口形貌进行了分析。结果表明:D1车轮钢呈现出一定的应变速率敏感特性,其屈服强度和塑性流动应力均随着应变速率的增大而增大;取样方向对车轮钢的力学性能几乎没有影响;其拉伸断口具备明显的纤维区和剪切唇特征,但放射区特征不明显;准静态拉伸试样为韧性断裂机制,而动态拉伸试样则呈现出准韧性断裂机制。
The quasi-static and dynamic uniaxial tensile tests on D1 railway wheel steel were conducted at different strain rates,and then the effect of strain rates on tensile properties of the steel was studied,and the fractography was analyzed.The results show that the D1 wheel steel was sensitive to the strain rate,and its yield strength and plastic flow stress increased with the increase of strain rates.Sampling directions had an ignorable effect on mechanical properties of the steel.The tensile fractography of D1 wheel steel exhibited obvious fibrous region and shear lips characters,but radial region characteristics on the fracture was not obvious.The fracture mechanism was ductile fracture under quasi-static tension,and the mechanism was quasi-ductile fracture under dynamic tension.
