采用 CuO 辅助 Ag72 Cu28共晶钎料的方法,在大气环境中实现了 Al2 O 3陶瓷的钎焊,研究了钎焊接头的剪切强度、微观形貌以及界面反应产物和界面反应机理.结果表明:该方法可以得到结合良好的 Al2 O 3陶瓷接头;在钎焊温度为1050℃、保温时间为10 min、CuO 质量分数为10%的条件下进行钎焊时,接头的剪切强度最高,为39.04 MPa;在钎焊过程中,由于陶瓷表面 CuO 的存在使熔融铜向陶瓷表面富集并发生反应,从而实现钎料的润湿和铺展;在钎焊接头中可见清晰的界面过渡层,界面反应产物主要为 CuAl2 O 4及 CuAlO 2相.

A method with CuO auxiliary Ag72 Cu28 eutectic solder was used to realize brazing Al2 O 3 ceramics in atmospheric environment.The shear strength and morphology of brazed joint,interfacial reaction products and mechanism were studied.The results show that when brazing temperature was 1 050 ℃,holding time was 10 min and mass fraction of CuO was 10wt%,shear strength of the joint was the highest,the srength was 39.04 MPa. During brazing,liquated Cu moved to the surface of Al2 O 3 ceramics with the help of CuO,and then the solder was easier wetting and spreading on Al2 O 3 surface.Interface transition layer could be observed clearly in brazed joint, and interfacial reaction products were mainly CuAl2 O 4 and CuAlO 2 phases.
