以西部某相邻管道为实例,对相邻管道的管地电位、地电位梯度和交流干扰电位进行现场检测,并通过AN-SYS软件进行数值模拟,对阳极地床的位置和埋设方式做了分析,最后通过埋设临时地床对模拟结果进行了试验验证.结果表明:管道上杂散电流产生的原因为相邻管线阴极保护系统之间的相互干扰;合理设置阳极地床位置可基本消除阴极保护系统相互间的干扰.
Taking adjacent pipelines in Northwest of China for example,the cathodic protection potential,ground potential gradient,and AC interference potential of the adjacent pipelines were tested on the spot.And the position and setting mode of the anode bed were analyzed through numerical simulation using software ANSYS.At last,the simulation results were verified by experiment of temporary buried anode bed.The results indicate that the stray current was caused by mutual interference between different cathodic protection systems.The mutual interference could be eliminated almost by setting anode bed in reasonable location.
