通过加速腐蚀试验,拉伸试验研究了酸雨腐蚀对Q235低碳钢力学性能的影响.结果表明:随着腐蚀程度提高,低碳钢的屈服平台变缓缩短直至消失,同时抗拉强度明显下降;腐蚀后的低碳钢的弹性模量,屈服强度,抗拉强度与伸长率均与腐蚀程度成线性递减关系.
The effects of acid rain corrosion on mechanical properties of low carbon steel Q235 was studied through accelerated corrosion test and tensile test.The results show that with the increase of corrosion degree,the yield stage decreased till disappeared and the tensile strength of the low carbon steel declined significantly.The elastic modulus,yield strength,tensile strength and elongation of corroded low carbon steel decreased linearly with the increase of corrosion degree.
