在石油企业外管廊大气环境中对Q235碳钢进行不同腐蚀时间的静态挂片试验,并对现场Q235碳钢钢管进行取样,采用X射线衍射(XRD、X射线光电子能谱(XPS)、扫描电镜(SEM)等技术对Q235碳钢表面腐蚀产物进行分析.结果表明:经过长期腐蚀之后,腐蚀产物中的铁主要是以含氧化合物γ-FeOOH和α-Fe2O3的形式存在;大气中存在的SO2对腐蚀过程具有催化作用.

Static coupon testing for different times was carried out for Q235 carbon steel in the atmospheric corrosion environment of outer tube gallery of an oil company.Q235 carbon steel tubes on site were sampled.The corrosion products on the surface of Q235 carbon steel were analyzed by X-ray diffraction (XRD),X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS) and scanning electron microscopy (SEM).The results show that the element Fe existed as γFeOOH and α-Fe2O3 in corrosion products after long-time corrosion,SO2 in atmosphere worked as catalyst in corrosion process.
