在外加阴极保护电位下,采用慢应变速率试验、动电位极化方法以及扫描电镜(SEM)观察等方法对比分析了西部管道用大口径X80钢在新疆三种典型土壤模拟溶液中的氢脆行为.结果表明:在外加-1.1 V(CSE)电位条件下,在新疆农田、戈壁和沙漠三种典型土壤的模拟溶液中,X80钢均发生强度和塑性损失,表现出氢脆敏感性;在不同的环境中,随着土壤电导率的增加和pH的降低,X80钢的氢脆敏感性增加.

Hydrogen embrittlement of large diameter X80 pipeline steel in the simulation solutions of three typical soils in Xinjiang was studied by slow strain rate test (SSRT) with applied potential,SEM and potentiodynamic polarization curve.The results showed that at-1.1 V (CSE) cathodic potential,the strength and plastic deformation losses of X80 steel occurred,indicating the hydrogen embrittlement sensitivity.In different environments,with the increase of soil electrical conductivity and the decrease of pH,hydrogen embrittlement sensitivity of the X80 steel increased.
