采用浸泡失重法和极化曲线法研究了螺栓螺母紧固件连接的三种铝合金和碳纤维环氧树脂复合材料(CFRP)的腐蚀行为;利用光学显微镜和台阶仪分别表征了腐蚀形貌和蚀坑深度,研究了CFRP表面粗糙度对腐蚀行为的影响.结果表明,偶合样品中金属表面发生电偶腐蚀和缝隙腐蚀,铝合金的腐蚀程度与自身的耐蚀性成正比;随着复合材料表面粗糙度的增加,铝合金发生腐蚀的面积增大,腐蚀深度减小.
