采用高温高压釜模拟油井管道环境,通过腐蚀失重试验研究了20钢在不同甲酸浓度条件下的腐蚀行为.采用SEM分析研究了腐蚀产物膜的形貌.结果表明,碳钢腐蚀速率随甲酸浓度增加呈现先减小后增大的趋势.甲酸浓度较低时,铁的溶解以及钙、镁的沉积均受到抑制,腐蚀程度较轻.当甲酸浓度不断增加时,基体不同部位腐蚀差异明显.基体腐蚀程度与表面覆盖层的差异有较好的对应关系.受到表面钙、镁沉积物保护的部位,基体腐蚀较轻.而在表面钙、镁沉积物较少部位,环境介质容易在该部位通过而促进基体溶解.
