为提高赤磷( RP )的热安定性,采用氢氧化铝-酚醛树脂包覆赤磷,并用傅里叶变换红外光谱仪和扫描电子显微镜对包覆层进行表征,通过差热分析方法对包覆前后的赤磷样品进行热分析.研究结果表明:包覆赤磷( MRP )的氧化起始温度、氧化峰值温度及氧化终止温度分别提高34.0、36.0、35.0℃;410℃下的恒温热重分析测得未包覆赤磷在恒温约4 min氧化完成,而包覆赤磷在恒温13 min仅有45.5%的赤磷被氧化;包覆赤磷的氧化放热峰温后移34.0℃;计算得出包覆赤磷的自发火温度提高14.39 K.相比于未包覆赤磷,包覆赤磷的热安定性有所提高,且包覆材料很好地包覆在赤磷表面.
To improve the thermal stability of red phosphorus, the Microencapsulated Red Phosphorus (MRP) was successfully obtained by coating red phosphorus with aluminium hydroxide/Phenol formaldehyde resin. The coating layer of red phosphorus was characterized by FTIR and SEM, and its thermal stability was determined by Thermogravimetric Analysis ( TGA ) , Differential Thermal Analyser ( DTA ) and Isothermal Thermogravimetric analysis( ITG). The results indicates that the initial, peak and end temperatures of the microencapsulated red phosphorus increase by 34.0, 36.0, 35.0 ℃ respectively compared to Red Phosphorus ( RP ) . Isothermal Thermogravimetric analysis ( ITG) in 410℃ shows that RP can be oxidized completely in 4 minutes, but MRP is oxidized by 45. 5% in 13 minutes. The oxidation peak temperature of MRP moves backward 34.0 ℃. It can be calculated that the autoignition temperature of MRP increases by 14.39 K. The uniformly coated MRP shows better thermal stability than pristine RP .
