以异丁醇为共沸溶剂,采用共沸蒸馏-共沉淀方法制备了Cu基CuO-ZnO/Al2 O3负载型催化剂.利用X射线衍射(XRD)、热重差热(TG/DSC)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)等技术手段对产物形貌和结构进行了表征.结果表明,共沸蒸馏能有效脱除前驱体溶胶中的游离水,抑制粒子之间的团聚;同时异丁醇与聚乙二醇共同作用影响颗粒的Ostwald熟化,使粒度分布均匀、分散性能优异、增强了催化剂中CuO组分分散性.在固定床反应器中对CO2加氢直接合成甲醇的催化性能进行了评价.考察了不同催化剂的催化性能,结果表明,与直接干燥法制备的催化剂相比,共沸蒸馏法制备的催化剂具有更好的催化性能和催化稳定性,甲醇的收率最大可达到9.6%,甲醇收率提高29.7%.
