二氧化钛作为一种应用极广泛的陶瓷材料,其晶型不同所拥有的性质和功能不同。对影响二氧化钛晶型转变的因素进行了综述,总结了烧结温度、掺杂、颗粒尺寸、压应力以及烧结气氛等对二氧化钛晶型转变的影响,对相变机理进行分析,并就TiO2的 A→R相变的应用前景进行展望。
As a kind of widely applied ceramic material,titanium dioxide has different crystal forms which cor-respond to different characteristics and functions.In this paper,the influencing factors on crystalline phase transfor-mation of TiO2 ,such as doping,sintering temperature,particle size,pressure stress and sintering atmosphere are re-viewed.The mechanisms and kinetics about crystalline phase transformation are discussed.Moreover,the application prospect of A→R crystal phase transformation of TiO2 is proposed.
