通过对5种不同Nb含量钢板在自制的货油舱下底板环境模拟装置中进行腐蚀实验,探究了Nb元素高含Cl-强酸性溶液环境中低合金钢腐蚀性能的影响.结果表明:在高含Cl-强酸性的环境中,低合金钢的腐蚀速率随着Nb元素含量的增多,呈现先减小后增大的规律.Nb元素含量增多的同时,实验钢晶粒尺寸减小,位错密度增加,并且小角度晶界比例升高,使得Nb含量为0.055%的实验钢在高含Cl-强酸性溶液环境中拥有良好的耐腐蚀性能.
