以草酸为电解液,通过调节电解槽的倾角,使阴极和阳极成一定夹角,采用一次阳极氧化工艺在同一片铝箔上制备具有不同结构的氧化铝薄膜,并对薄膜的微观结构和光学特性进行研究.结果表明:在同一片铝箔上形成了孔洞不同的两个区域.控制氧化铝薄膜的厚度,在可见光范围内,氧化铝薄膜显示出两种不同的结构色,且不同结构色所占区域的面积比可通过调节电解槽的倾角来调控.改变氧化时间,可以改变氧化铝薄膜的厚度,进而调控不同区域薄膜结构色的变化.偏振测试结果显示氧化铝薄膜的反射光是线偏振光.
