夹皮沟矿业公司选矿厂提金工艺为全泥氰化炭浆工艺,在10多年的运行中,通过对工艺不断地优化改造,如氰化隔炭筛、浸前浓密机溢流水全液静态吸附、含金废液炭吸附槽、氰化电积金泥、钢毛火法泼珠工艺、氰化作业运行方式、磨头筛筛孔、炭酸洗作业等优化改造,提高了金选冶回收率,且在节能降耗的同时降低了工人的劳动强度,改善了作业环境,取得了很好的应用效果.
During over 10 years' operation of the all-sliming cyanidation CIP process in the ore-dressing plant of Jiapigou mining company,which is continuously optimized and renovated,including the renovation of cyanide carbon screening,full-liquid static adsorption of thickener overflow water before leaching,carbon adsorption tank of gold-bearing barren solution,electrowinning gold mud cyanidation,steel carbon pyrometallurgical quenching,operation manner of cyanidation,pores of grinding sieve,acid washing of carbon and so on,the gold recovery rate is increased,the energy consumption is reduced as well as the labor intensity and the working environment is improved.The renovation has achieved good application outcome.
