在矿山企业选矿厂生产过程中,会有大量的暂时闲置和长期废弃的低品位尾矿不得不输送到尾矿坝中集中保存,而坝中尾矿大部分淤积到尾矿坝中上游,下游多是浑水区,淤积不均造成坝容不足,缩短尾矿坝的服务年限.针对坝中尾矿淤积不均问题,研究、设计和制作了一种尾矿坝多功能采砂船.详述了采砂船基本结构、工作原理及主要功能.生产实践证明:尾矿坝多功能采砂船的使用,实现了将尾矿坝中上游的尾矿输送到尾矿坝中下游的目的,从而提高了尾矿坝的有效容积,延长了尾矿坝的服务年限,缓解了矿山企业新建尾矿坝征地拆迁压力,减轻了企业经济负担,值得相关企业借鉴.
Large amounts of low grade tailings have to be stored in tailings reservoir for the time being or for long-term storage during the production of ore-dressing plants in mines.Most of the tailings are deposited in the middle and upper reaches of the reservoir.The lower reach is mostly the muddy water zone.Uneven deposition leads to insufficient reservoir capacity and shortens the service life of the reservoir.Therefore,a multi-functional sand dredge is studied,designed and made for the solution of uneven deposition in reservoirs.The paper described the basic structure,working mechanism and main function of the dredge.Production practice shows that the application of the multi-functional dredge attained the purpose to transport the tailings in middle and upper reaches to the lower reach,thus improved effective volume of the reservoir,prolonged its service life,mitigated the pressure brought about by land requisition and demolishing for new tailings reservoir construction as well as the economic burden undertaken by enterprises.The study can be used as a reference by related enterprises.
