某铅锌矿采用平硐+副井+斜坡道联合开拓,分段空场采矿法回采,在2 822 m标高以上形成了大量的采空区,为降低矿山开采对周边环境的影响,提高井下作业的安全性,最大程度地回收资源,拟变革采矿方法为分段空场胶结充填采矿法.根据该铅锌矿矿体特点及矿山生产现状,探究了分段空场胶结充填采矿法的回采和充填工艺,及充填系统设计方案,并对变革前后的技术经济效益进行了对比分析,可为企业管理层决策提供依据.
Combined adit+auxiliary shaft+ramp development and sublevel open stoping mining method were used in a lead-zinc mine,leaving many goafs above the 2 822 m elevation.In order to reduce the impact of mining on the surrounding environment,improve underground operation safety,and maximize the resource recovery,the mine plans to convert to mining with sublevel open stoping and cement filling method.According to the characteristics of the lead-zinc ore body and the current status of mine production,the paper discussed the designs of the extraction,filling process and filling system of sublevel open stoping and filling method,and compared the technical and economic profits before and after the conversion.The study can provide the basis for enterprise management decisions.
