云南某异极矿氧化锌矿石属于氧化程度较高的难选氧化锌矿石,锌质量分数8.31 %.针对该矿石性质,进行了硫化-组合用药浮选工艺流程条件试验.结果表明:在磨矿细度-0.074 mm占 80 %及其他最佳参数条件下,浮选闭路试验可获得锌质量分数30.11 %、锌回收率75.27 %的锌精矿,硫化-组合用药浮选工艺流程合理、稳定性好.

A heterogeneous zinc oxide from Yunnan is refractory with high oxidation level,and the mass fraction of zinc is 8.31 %.According to the ore property,a sulfuration-combined agent flotation process is conducted for the condition experiment.The results show that when the grinding fineness of-0.074 mm accounts for 80 % and other parameters are optimal,the closed flotation circuit can obtain the zinc mass fraction of 30.11 % and the zinc concentrates with the recovery of 75.27 %.The sulfuration-combined agent flotation process is reasonable in flow sheet and good in stability.
