毛坪铅锌矿采用下向水平分层矩形进路式胶结充填采矿法,在多中段同时回采条件下,随着开挖深度的增加,将会出现760中段和720中段2个水平矿柱.水平矿柱何时形成与破坏,以及如何在保证开采安全的前提下最大限度地回收矿柱,是矿山目前遇到的难题.采用Flac3D数值模拟软件,分析了矩形进路采场结构条件下水平矿柱形成与破坏过程,得出当720中段未开挖矿体厚度为24 m时,水平矿柱形成;厚度减小为21 m时,水平矿柱完全被破坏.然后模拟分析采用六边形进路开采过程,最终提出毛坪铅锌矿应用下向水平分层六边形进路式胶结充填采矿法能够保证水平矿柱回采过程稳定,最大程度回收水平矿柱资源,为矿山生产提供指导.

Maoping Lead-Zinc Mine is now using the multi-level downward rectangular drift cut-and-filling stop-ping mining method. In the presence of multi-level mining,2 horizontal pillars of Level 760 and Level 720 will form gradually with increasing mining depth. The challenge is to know when the formation and destruction of horizontal pil-lars are to happen and how to make maximum recovery of pillars while ensuring mining safety. This paper uses Flac3D to simulate the formation and destruction of horizontal pillars with rectangular filling route,concluding that horizontal pillars form when the thickness of the ore body to mine in Level 720 is 24 m,and destroy when the thickness reduces to 21 m. Then the mining process with hexagonal filling route is simulated. Finally,it is concluded that downward hexa-gonal drift cut-and-filling stopping mining method can ensure the stability of the horizontal pillar mining process in Maoping Lead-Zinc Mine,making maximum recovery of pillars and guiding the production of the mine.
