削壁式充填采矿法在开采急倾斜极薄矿脉时可显著降低采矿贫化损失,实现矿岩分采。针对大柳行金矿采用浅孔留矿采矿法开采存在的问题,结合矿区工程实际情况,开展了削壁式充填采矿法的试验研究及应用。根据源口新井矿区生产实际得出矿区矿块的生产能力达45 t/d,矿石贫化率由原15%降低为10%,采矿损失率由原16%降低至11%,矿区经济效益显著。
Reusing and filling method can significantly reduce loss and dilution of ores and achieve separate ex-traction of ores and rocks when mining steeply dipping and extremely thin ore veins. The paper,in light of the problems existing in the shallow-hole shrinkage method applied in Daliuhang Gold Mine,carried out experimental study on resu-ing and filling method according to actual situations in the mine district. Production practice in Yuankouxinjing shows that the productivity of blocks reaches 45 t/d,ore dilution rate is reduced from 15% to 10% and ore loss from 16%to 11 %,indicating significant profits.
