针对陕西某含碳高砷微细粒难处理金矿矿石性质,进行了提金工艺探索。试验结果表明:相比化学预处理—氰化浸出、氧化预处理—氰化浸出工艺,次氯酸钠浸金工艺可获得较为理想的回收指标;采用次氯酸钠二段浸出,金总浸出率可达到77.04%。

This paper conducts tests on gold recovery methods according to the property of one carbonaceous and highly arsenic microgranular gold ore from Shaanxi.The results show that the chemical pretreatment-cyanidation and oxidation pretreatment-cyanidation processes are outplayed by NaClO leaching process in achieving satisfactory in-dex.The two-phase NaClO leaching process can obtain a total gold leaching rate as high as 77.04 %.
