针对陕西某金矿浮选尾矿金品位高、金浮选回收率较低的问题,对其浮选工艺进行了优化。通过调整浮选作业充气量、粗选作业捕收剂添加地点、浮选各作业药剂分配、捕收剂种类及用量和优化工艺流程结构等措施,大幅提高了浮选生产指标,获得了较好的工艺优化效果。生产实践中浮选尾矿金品位由0.169 g/t降低至0.102 g/t,金浮选回收率由77.618%提高至88.593%,年增加经济效益3336.81万元,经济效益显著。
In view of the problems about the high grade of flotation tailings and low flotation recovery rate in a gold mine from Shaanxi,the paper conducts optimization of the flotation process.By adjusting the aeration amount in the flotation operation,the addition position of the collector,the distribution of flotation reagents,the type and dosage of the collector,and optimizing the process flow structure,the flotation production index has been greatly improved.After optimization,the grade of flotation tailings is reduced from 0.169 g/t to 0.102 g/t,the recovery rate of flotation is in-creased from 77.618 %to 88.593 %,and the annual benefit is increased by 33.368 1 million RMB.The economic benefit is remarkable.
