排山楼金矿采用分段凿岩阶段矿房采矿法,中深孔崩矿,采矿损失贫化管理十分重要。分析了影响排山楼金矿采矿损失贫化的主要因素,介绍了采场再次圈定,中深孔爆破参数、爆破方式、底部结构、采矿工程优化设计选择,重视和加强现场施工及制度等施工技术管理措施。技术管理措施的实施得到很好的应用效果,降低采矿损失率约3%,矿石贫化率约2%,提高了企业经济效益。
Sublevel caving-staged room and pillar mining method is adopted in Paishanlou Gold Mine.Medium-long hole blasting makes loss and dilution control very important.The paper analyzes influencing factors of loss and di-lution in Paishanlou Gold Mine,and introduces the re-delineation,options for medium-long hole blasting parameters, blasting method,bottom structure and optimization designs of mining engineering,and management measures for on-site construction and system.The implementation of technical management measures achieves satisfactory results,reducing mining loss rate by 3 %and ore dilution rate by 2 %.The profits of the enterprise are improved.
