以工业试验为基础,研究了分步电积工艺;其特征是将电积过程分步完成,每步均以较大的流量进行给料,且每步给料流量相近。分步电积工艺的处理能力与原电积工艺(常规连续电积工艺)相比大幅提高,两步电积工艺的处理能力为原电积工艺的2倍以上。该文分析了分步电积工艺的原理,其实质在于m槽串联n步电积工艺的处理能力为m × n个槽串联连续电积时的1/n,而多槽串联连续电积的处理能力Qm随着槽数m的增加是呈指数倍增长的。

Stepwise electrodeposition process is studied by industrial experiment,which is characterized by com-pleting the electrodeposition task step by step. And each step is fed with the similar large flow. The capacity of stepwise electrodeposition process is larger than traditional successive electrodeposition process. The capacity of tow-step elec-trodeposition is twice the size of traditional successive electrodeposition process. The principle of stepwise electrodepo-sition process is researched and it is found that the capacity of m-cells n-steps electrodeposition is 1/n of that produced by m × n-cells successive electrodeposition in series,but the capacity Qm of m-cells successive electrodeposition in se-ries increases with the slot number m exponentially.
