鉴于日益严格的环保要求,新疆某金矿拟采用浮选工艺替代原氰化炭浆工艺.通过对其金矿石工艺矿物学及浮选条件试验研究,获得了较好指标.在最佳的浮选条件下,金精矿金品位18.89 g/t、金回收率91.56%,并从工艺矿物学角度分析了金精矿品位难以提高的原因.
Faced with increasingly rigid environmental protection requirements,one old mine in Xinjiang plans to replace the existing cyanidation-CIP process with flotation.Good gold recovery indexes are obtained through experi mental tests on flotation parameters carried out according to the process mineralogical property of gold ores.Under optimal conditions,the gold grade of gold concentrates is 18.89 g/t and the gold recovery rate is 91.56 %.The paper an alyzes why the gold concentrate grade is hard to improve in terms of process mineralogy.
