镇沅金矿目前主要采用无底柱分段崩落采矿法开采,该方法切割天井较多,人工掘进成本高,不安全.一次爆破成井具有成本低、效率高、安全性好等特点.提出了爆破一次成井的方案选择、爆破参数设计及计算方法,介绍了现场爆破施工工艺.工程实践表明,中深孔爆破一次成井不仅满足了矿山安全高效的生产需求,也创造了显著的经济效益,具有一定的推广价值.
Zhenyuan Gold Mine currently uses the mining method of sublevel caving without sill pillars,which generates many cut raises,high cost and safety problems.In contrast,shaft forming by once blasting is cost-effective,efficient and safe.The paper puts forward the scheme options of the shaft forming and the design and calculation of blasting parameters,and introduces the construction for field blasting.Engineering practice show that shaft forming by once medium-long hole blasting can not only meet the requirements of safe and efficient mining,but also creates generous economic benefits.The method is worth promotion.
