某锌冶炼渣中银品位148.3 g/t,其他杂质含量较低。根据其性质,通过试验研究,采用加入碱磨矿后洗矿—氰化浸出—锌粉置换工艺处理,银的氰化浸出率达到85%以上,锌粉置换率99%以上,获得了较好试验指标;这为开发利用该锌冶炼渣提供了技术依据。
The zinc smelting slag has low content of impurities and a silver grade of 148.3 g/t.According to its property,the experimental research carried out grinding with addition of alkali before a washing-cyanide leaching-zinc replacement process.The silver leaching rate reached over 85%and the replacement rate over 99%,achieving a satisfactory index.The research provides technical reference for the utilization of zinc smelting slag.
