Technological advancement in China has driven domestic research and development of equipment and therefore the seizing of application market has become an important topic in the circle of mineral processing .The paper introduces current situations of the development of STL series water jacket centrifugal separator,R&D process,design and validation of the product,comparison of structure and application before and after renovation,and process parame-ters included.The paper reviews application status of STL series water jacket centrifugal separator in market in recent years,and summarizes the design and optimization of the separator and the development trend of the separator about continuous operation design.
