以新疆星塔金矿矿石为研究对象,采用短圆柱型磨矿介质(铸铁段)和钢球对二段磨矿效果进行了对比磨矿试验,最终确定了选矿厂矱2.1 m×3.5 m溢流型球磨机的初装介质尺寸组成m(35×40):m(30×35):m(25×30)=30:30:40.在相同的磨矿条件下,铸铁段Ⅰ的磨矿产品中+0.15 mm过粗粒级、-0.01 mm过粉碎粒级产率比最佳钢球配比的分别低0.77百分点、0.15百分点,-0.15~+0.01 mm易选粒级和-0.074 mm产率比最佳钢球配比的分别高0.92百分点、0.54百分点.工业试验结果表明:采用铸铁段后磨矿细度增加4.90百分点,金回收率提高0.77百分点,金精矿品位增加13.0%;铸铁段因其独特的优势可以作为细磨介质在选矿厂推广应用.
Taking the ores from Xingta Gold Mine in Xinjiang as the research object ,the research starts with a comparison made between the effects of short cylindrical grinding media ( cast iron segments ) and steel ball grinding media on the second-stage grinding process,and the size composition of initial loading media (m(35 ×40):m(30 × 35):m(25 ×30)=30:30:40) is determined for the 矱2.1 m ×3.5 m overflow ball mill in the dressing plant .The test results indicated that under the same grinding conditions ,the content of +0 .15 mm coarse fraction and -0 .01 mm o-ver-ground fraction is reduced by 0.77 and 0.15 percentage points,and the content of -0.15 mm to +0.01 mm eas-y-to-dress fraction and -0.074 mm fraction is increased by 0.92 and 0.54 percentage points respectively for the products of cast iron segmentⅠcompared with the optimal ratio of steel balls .The industrial test results show that the grinding fineness is increased by 4.90 percentage points,the gold recovery increased by 0.77 percentage points and the gold grade increased by 13.0 %.In conclusion ,the short cylindrical grinding media ( cast iron segments ) can re-place steel balls as finely grinding media and be extensively applied in gold dressing plants for their unique advantage .
