长山壕金矿堆浸提金工艺中所用地下水硬度高,进入工艺流程后会产生沉淀,堵塞滴淋管、活性炭孔、溶液泵体等,对整个提金工艺产生很大的不利影响.针对此种情况,采用BH-9088阻垢剂对高碱性水中的Ca2+、Mg2+的稳定作用进行了试验研究.其结果表明:在BH-9088阻垢剂质量浓度为10 mg/L时,即能较好地稳定地下水中的Ca2+、Mg2+,且对氰化提金工艺无干扰,试验效果显著.
The high hardness of ground water used in heap leaching gold extraction process in Changshanhao Gold Mine leads to precipitation which will plug leach pipes,the holes of activated carbon,pumps and so on,subjecting the whole gold extraction process to an adverse situation.To solve that problem,BH-9088 anti-sludging agent is used to stabilize Ca2 +and Mg2+in high alkaline water.The results showed that when the concentration of BH-9088 agent is 10 mg/L,Ca2+and Mg2+in high alkaline water can be effectively stabilized,and it has no interference to cyanidation gold leaching process.The experiment achieved a lot.
