在矿产资源开采过程中会产生大量的固体废料,固体废料堆积会对地表及地下水产生严重的污染,从而诱发一系列次生灾害,同时也不符合当前绿色矿山建设及节能减排之趋势.在尾砂中加入一定比例的水泥再充填入井下的采空区既能缓解固体废料排放问题,又能增加开采作业的安全性.目前对于尾砂胶结充填体的力学研究才处于起步阶段,为了深入研究充填体强度参数的演化规律,该文选用大红山铜矿的分级尾矿制作了不同的配合比条件下的圆柱体试件,测试其单轴抗压强度、弹性模量、泊松比、应力-应变曲线,并分析各参数与配合比之间的关系,研究了胶结充填体的变形特征,从而探究分级尾砂胶结充填体力学参数的成因并为调节力学参数提供依据.
The process of mineral resource exploitation will produce large amounts of solid waste.Those solid waste may cause heavy pollution to surface water and groundwater.Eventually,it may induce a series of secondary dis-asters.At the same time,this does meet the demand of green mining and energy conservation trends.The addition of cement to tailings before their fill into the underground mined-out area can alleviate the problem of solid waste dis-charge and increase the safety of mining operations.But the study on the mechanics of cement tailings backfill is only in its infancy.So in order to get a deep understanding of the evolution rules of the filling body's strength,the paper takes the classified tailings from Dahongshan Copper Mine as the research subject,and cylinder specimens were made of them with different mix ratios, then tested for uniaxial compressive strength, elastic modulus, Poisson's ratio and stress-strain curve,the relationship between the parameters and the mix ratio analyzed.The deformation characteris-tics of cement backfill were studied.Thus the generation of mechanical parameters of classified cement tailings backfill is explored and based on that mechanical parameters their adjustment can be made.
