为了提高采矿回采率,降低作业成本,根据已采矿山生产情况,结合第三纪砾岩型金矿地质和开采技术条件,以及安全生产的重要性,分析了房柱采矿法及长壁式崩落采矿法的优缺点;探究了复杂开采技术条件下长壁式崩落采矿法的适用条件、矿块布置、结构参数及回采工艺。其结果表明,采用长壁式崩落采矿法在满足安全生产的前提下,采矿回采率可达95%,比矿山原设计采用的房柱采矿法回采率可提高30%。
In order to increase extraction rates and lower production costs,according to current production status of the mine,based on the Tertiary conglomerate gold deposit geology,technical conditions of mining and the importance of safety production,the paper analyzed the advantages and disadvantages of the application of room-pillar method and long-wall caving method,and explored research on application conditions,ore block layout,structural parameters and extraction technology about long-wall caving method under complex mining technical conditions.The results show that the extraction rate can be 95 %,30 %higher than that of room-pillar method previously designed.
