内蒙古太平矿业有限公司有2条破碎系统,在生产过程中,成品输出是一个非常重要的环节. 成品通过成品仓放料门的开和关运送至汽车,然后再通过汽车运至堆浸场,所以放料门的运行正常与否直接影响着生产是否顺利进行. 着重分析了放料门在运行过程中存在的诸多问题,提出了将成品仓放料门设计为排矿皮带形式,采用2个成品仓,2条排矿皮带机的改造方案,该方案可达到方便、安全、可靠和环保的应用效果.
There are 2 crashing systems in Inner Mongolia Pacific mining company and during their operation,the conveying of the products is very important. The product is controlled by shutting and opening of the discharge exit of the product storage before transferred by automobiles to the leaching field,so the operation of the exit has a direct in-fluence on the overall production. The paper focuses on the analysis of the many problems existing in the operation of the discharge exit. The renovation plan,that the discharge exit of the product storage be designed to be a discharge conveying belt and that 2 sets of product storage and conveying belt be employed,is proposed,fulfilling the application of being convenient,safe and reliable.
