紫金黄金冶炼厂以湿法萃取工艺作为高纯金的生产工艺,利用电解粗金泥、湿法金泥和合质金为原料分别进行了试验研究. 其结果表明:以电解粗金泥作为原料可以生产出总成色Au>99 . 999 %的高纯金,但Cu元素超出了高纯金的标准;而以湿法金泥和合质金( Au>99 %)作为生产原料能够生产出合格的高纯金,23种杂质元素全部达到高纯金的标准.
Gold smelter of Zijin gold company produces high purity gold by means of hydrometallurgical proces-ses. Experimental research with coarse electrolysis gold mud,hydrometallurgical gold mud and bullion gold as raw ma-terials was carried out respectively. The results show that with coarse electrolysis gold mud as raw materials,high purity gold(Au> 99. 999 %) can be produced,but Cu content exceeds the standard; while with hydrometallurgical gold mud and bullion gold( Au> 99 %) as raw materials,qualified high purity gold can be produced,and 23 impurity ele-ments in it all meet the high standards of high purity gold.
