工艺矿物学研究对全面了解掌握矿石性质,制定相应的选别流程等都具有重要的作用。由于近年来矿石品位逐年下降,对于复杂矿石的工艺矿物学研究如果仅依靠传统的人工方法操作,不但方法落后,劳动强度极大,而且影响试验测试的精度,同时无法得到更高的测定效率。而 MLA自动检测系统相比于传统工艺矿物学研究方法,其具有测量速度快、节省时间、测试能力强、准确度高等优势。通过对其在实际中的应用分析,更好地说明了该检测技术的优势。由此也表明:利用现代化技术手段将计算机信息技术与传统工艺矿物学研究相结合,可以达到事半功倍的效果,也必将成为未来工艺矿物学的发展趋势。
Process mineralogy research plays an important part in understanding ore properties and devising cor-responding separation flowsheet.With decreasing ore grade,process mineralogy research into complex ores based on conventional manual operation is outdated and labor intense;this not only impacts on testing precision but also could not get satisfactory testing efficiency.MLA automatic measurement system performs better in testing speed,time,testing capability and accuracy than conventional methods.Empirical study magnifies these advantages.This also shows that the combination of conventional process mineralogy with computer information technology by means of modern tech-niques effectively improves the outcome and will inevitably be the tendency of process mineralogy development.
