针对某金矿矿石特性,开展了原矿常规炭浸条件试验研究,并根据小型试验获得的最佳条件,进行了现场技术改造优化。通过采取改变球磨机磨矿介质尺寸、配比和补加钢球制度,降低二段旋流器进浆浓度等提高磨矿细度的有效措施,磨矿产品细度-0.074 mm提高3.46%,二段旋流器的分级效率提高10%,金浸出率提高1.34%。

According to the property of the ores from a gold mine,experimental research on conventional raw ore CIL conditions is carried out. And lab test obtained the optimal conditions contributing to field production renovation. By modifying the size of grinding media in ball mills,proportioning and the system of steel ball addition,reducing char-ging pulp density of two-stage cyclone,the grinding fineness -200 mesh is increased by 3. 46%,the classification ef-ficiency of two-stage cyclone is improved by 10 %,and the gold leaching rate is increased by 1. 34 %.
