Industrial test on comprehensive recovery of medium low grade magnetite from tailings

为了最大限度地实现矿产资源的综合回收利用，针对陕西省某矿业公司选硫尾矿中的磁铁矿进行了综合回收工业试验研究。该工业试验采用半逆流磁选机，处理能力为35～50 t／h，选硫尾矿中磁性铁品位为0．7％～0．9％，磁性铁实际回收率达68．97％，实现了磁性铁的综合回收利用。

In order to maximize the comprehensive recovery of mineral resources,an industrial test on comprehen-sive recovery of magnetite from sulfide tailings in a mining company in Shaanxi Province is carried out.The test em-ploys a semi-counter-stream magnetic separator with the capacity of 35 t/h to 50 t/h to treat sulfide tailings with iron grade of 0.7 %to 0.9%.The actual recovery rate of magnetite is 68.97 %,meaning a success of comprehensive re-covery of magnetite.
