对硝酸分银渣进行了强化浮选富集金银—2次硝酸分银—水氯化法提金选冶联合流程试验研究与生产实践。通过小型试验获得了最佳工艺条件，并进行了试生产，其海绵金直收率和回收率分别达到了92．40％、98．05％，技术经济指标较好。该工艺设备简单，操作方便，不使用特殊化学试剂，成本低，金、银回收率高。
An experimental research on the combined process,as well as the production practice,of intensified flo-tation to enrich gold and silver-twice nitric separation of silver-aqueous chlorination is carried out toward silver resi-due from nitric acid separation.Lab tests obtained the optimal technical parameters and pilot production was also con-ducted.The direct recovery rate of sponge gold is 92.40 %and the recovery rate is 98.05 %,indicating satisfactory technical indexes.The process requires non-complex equipment and is easy to operate with no special chemical agents and is low in cost with high gold and silver recovery rate.
