某炭浸厂根据其现场生产存在的问题,进行了磨浸系统技术改造。通过对球磨机筒体衬板的改造,一段球磨机衬板使用周期延长36.6 d,二段球磨机衬板使用周期延长59.4 d;实验室对对辊破碎机对辊传动方式的改造,降低了对辊破碎机年维修维护费用,减少了年维修次数;压滤机拉板小车传动方式的改造,年节约生产成本14万元,经济效益显著。

In light of the problems of field production in one CIL plant,technical renovation toward the leaching and grinding system is carried out.Renovated lining prolongs the lining cycling period by 36.6 d in first phase ball mills and by 59.4 d in second phase ball mills;laboratory renovation on roller driving patterns in twin roller crushers reduces the annual maintenance cost and the necessary maintenance times;renovation on driving patterns of plate-drawing cart in filter press saves the annual production cost by 140 000 yuan.The renovation achieves significant eco-nomic benefits.
