团结沟露天采场从1976年正式开采至今已30多年,通过不断加强和细化安全生产管理,采取相应有效措施,实现了重大安全事故为零、千人负伤率控制在3 ‰以下的目标. 该文简述了团结沟露天采场在边坡滑坡与片帮及浮石、放炮与炸药爆炸伤害、机械及车辆伤害、水灾、排土场坍塌与泥石流等方面采取的有效防范措施,可为国内类似矿山企业做好安全生产管理工作提供参考.
Tuanjiegou open-pit stope mining,formally commenced from 1976,has been now operating 30 years. Continuous strengthening and refinement of production safety management and corresponding effective measures achieved zero major safety accident and controlled the injury rate below 3 ‰.This paper describes the effective pre-vention measures taken in Tuanjiegou open-pit slope against landslide and wall spalling and pumice,blasting and ex-plosive injury,machinery and vehicle damage,flood,dump collapse and debris flow,providing reference of safety pro-duction management for similar domestic mining enterprises.
