金山西金矿床产于新疆清水—金山金及多金属成矿亚带东端一蚀变糜棱岩化闪长岩脉与南明水组浅变质岩系之内接触带中。通过采用化探剖面测量在该区发现了具线状异常的金矿化体,进一步施工地表、深部工程揭露定位,金矿体赋存于蚀变糜棱岩化带及与之小角度斜交的羽状剪切裂隙中。矿床类型为蚀变碎裂岩夹石英脉型,由多条石英细脉构成呈透镜状延伸的脉群。其成矿时代约在早石炭世中晚期至二叠世早期,强烈的构造碎裂、剪切变形等动力变质及岩浆、脉岩侵入造成成矿物质的迁移、富集、沉淀的不断叠加是矿床形成就位的重要机制。归纳总结了找矿标志,区内金矿找矿的主要标志为岩体接触带部位与多序次断裂发育、地表石英脉出露、多元素组合异常及强烈黄铁矿化、褐铁矿化等围岩蚀变。

Jinshanxi Gold Deposit is located in the east of Qingshui-Jinshan gold polymetallic metallogenic sub-zone,and occurs in the contact zone of the altered mylonitization diorite vein and the Nanmingshui Group shallow met-amorphic rock series.The gold mineralization body with linear anomaly has been found by the geochemical profile measuring in this area.Then further construction of surface and deep engineering reveals and positions the gold ore-body to occur in the alteration mylonitization zone and the penniform shear fissures crossing it by tiny angle.The gold deposit is the type where the altered cataclasite bears quartz veins,with multiple quartz veins constituting lenticularly extending vein group.The metallogenic epoch is probably in the middle-late of early Carboniferous to the early Permi-an.The important mechanism of the deposit formation is the migration,enrichment and precipitation of the ore-forming materials caused by the strong tectonic break and shear deformation and the intrusion of magma and dike.The prospec-ting marks are concluded to be at the contact zone of rock masses,and the multiple fracture,quartz vein outcrop,ele-ments anomaly association,and the strong country rocks alteration like pyritization,ferritization,etc.
