对内蒙古某全泥氰化尾渣进行了强化浮选试验研究。其结果表明:采用硫酸作为调整剂(矿浆pH值5.5)、WH-1作为活化剂、丁基黄药+丁铵黑药作为捕收剂,经一次粗选、二次精选、二次扫选浮选流程,可获得铜品位5.67%、回收率85.37%,铅品位5.31%、回收率64.90%,锌品位10.95%、回收率82.66%的混合精矿,主要目的矿物均获得较好的富集,为后续铜、铅、锌、硫的浮选分离创造了有利的条件。
Experimental research on Mineral processing was carried out on all-sliming cyanidation tailings from Inner Mongolia.The results showed that mixed concentrates were obtained with copper grade of 5.67%,lead grade of 5.31%,zinc grade of 10.95%,copper,lead and zinc recoveries were 85.37 %,64.90%and 82.66%respective-ly,by flotation using WH-1 as regulator,butyl xanthate and aerofloat as collector,through the flowsheet of once roug-hing,twice cleaning and twice scavenging.The main target mineral was better enriched,and favorable conditions are created for the copper,lead,zinc flotation separation.
