某中等硫化物含砷、碳微细粒浸染型金矿石属于难选矿石。针对该矿石性质特点,某选矿厂采用浮选法进行处理,但金精矿回收率在80%以下,品位为20 g/t左右。因此,对该选矿厂进行了详细的流程考查及产品工艺矿物学研究,并实施了技术改造。通过调整筛孔尺寸、减少精选次数、将一次扫选精矿直接给入精选、调整石灰的加药量及2号油添加点等措施,金回收率提高了3.15百分点,经济效益显著。

Arsenic-and carbon-containing micro-fine particle disseminated ores with medium sulfide content be-long to refractory ores .According to the features of the ore ,one ore-dressing plant adopted a flotation process which ob-tains less than 80%recovery rate of gold concentrates and gold grade around 20 g/t.A thorough investigation is con-ducted on the flow sheet and process mineralogy followed by technical renovation .Gold recovery rate is increased by 3 .15 percent by adjustment of screening size ,reduction of cleaning times ,feeding first scavenging concentrates directly to cleaning ,dosage adjustment of lime and terpenic oil ,achieving significant economic benefits .
