Magnetic pumps apply the push-and-pull magnetic circuit structure and with the acid of containment shell it becomes the new type pump realizing driving torque transmission .The paper takes Laizhou refinery for engi-neering background ,introduces the structure of magnetic pumps ,functional characteristics and the application and its outcome in Laizhou refinery .Magnetic pumps are a good option for the transmission of high temperature ,strongly erros-ive liquid media .
